Gates can offer safety, security and seclusion: main entrance gates; garden gates or even kissing gates. All my gates are handmade, with the majority of them using traditional joinery methods.

Driveway Gates
I designed, made and installed these larch driveway gates. Each gate was made to measure to suit the property, combining durability with a style that complements the surrounding landscape. The natural warmth of the larch gives a timeless look, while the structure ensures strength and longevity.
To complete the project, new posts were tailored to the gates, ensuring a precise fit and smooth operation. Contrasting black ironmongery was chosen to enhance the design, providing both a striking finish and reliable functionality. Every detail was considered to create a set of gates that are both practical and visually impressive.
French Oak
Pedestrian Gate
This bespoke build was designed to the clients’s exact specification, with a door surround carefully contoured to the granite on either side for a seamless fit. Every detail was tailored to ensure the gate felt as though it had always been part of the property.
The gate, handmade from French oak, is robust and elegant with traditional joinery techniques. The natural grain of the wood is protected and highlighted by the use of Osmo oil, which enhances the character of the woodwork.
