After the initial enquiry has been made, I arrange to meet the client on site and listen to their requests and ideas. Measurements are taken at this point. This then leads to discussions regarding the design and materials that could be used.

Samples of the materials can generally be supplied, along with photographs of previous projects completed and drawings of my ideas. This is when the design comes to life.

During the build, I work closely with the client on a daily basis, to give updates on the progress and next stages of the projects, which I call a ‘tool box talk'.

I strongly recommend daily site meetings with the client, and offer advice throughout the project. This process leads to a successful build with great client satisfaction.
